Local club volunteers have been working hard over the past few weeks to get the trails ready for the season and their hard work has paid off. The trail system is in great shape and is ready for an incredible ATV season. If you’ve never experienced the over 100 mile trail system in Washburn County, now is a great time to plan your trip.
Washburn County is home to the one and only ATV Scenic Tour, which highlights over 35 points of interest including stops such as the giant cowboy, old growth forests, scenic river ways and much more. Trail friendly businesses abound throughout the county. Hotels, cabins and campgrounds with direct trail access provide great lodging opportunities for ATV enthusiasts. Trail maps and lodging information are available by mail or by stopping by the Washburn County Visitor Center, located at the intersection of Highways 63 and 70 in Spooner.
