Midwest Extreme Snowmobile Challenge Quickly Approaching

Posted on March 30th, 2015 in Sledder News

With the Midwest Extreme Snowmobile Challenge coming up on April 18-19, the excitement is building! Plaques have been designed, rooms have been booked, and now we all just wait patiently for race day to roll around!

2015 MESC.cdrThe Lutsen Mountain crew has put in thousands of man hours making snow and preparing the hills in anticipation for this event. Mother Nature gave them some help with a couple inches of new snow last week and along with the cold temperatures, snow loss has been minimal. There has been some burn off on some of the feeder trails planned to be used for the cross country portion of the event but the course will now remain on the main portion of Moose Mountain.

Timbersled will have some of their Snow Bike’s on hand at the event as demos for anyone wanting to try one of these machines out! Riders for the demos must be 18 or older.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of the biggest and coolest spring snowmobile events in the Midwest! For more information and to register in open classes visit corpowersports.com.
